“Excellent experience from start to finish. The scheduling process was smooth and very well organized. I really appreciated the appointment reminders and confirmation the day before, as well as the communication leading up to the service.
My service technician, David Posada, arrived right on time and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took his time to properly inspect and service the system, identified a few additional items that needed attention, and communicated everything clearly before doing any additional work. David took the time to explain his findings and recommendations, and you can immediately tell that he has a great deal of knowledge and experience in what he does.
Another thing that really impressed me was how quickly they were able to accommodate my maintenance appointment. Even with short notice, they made an effort to find an opening and get me taken care of as soon as possible.
As a homeowner, finding a reliable HVAC company and a technician you can trust long-term is extremely important, and I honestly feel like I found both. This is definitely the kind of company I can see myself sticking with for all of my future A/C maintenance and service needs.
