“Suspension rods on the washing machine busted, and I called Magnum because they had great reviews. So glad I did! They had a repair guy out promptly; he confirmed it was the suspension rods, which had to be ordered. They came in quickly, and he installed them the next day. The washing machine, which is at least a decade old, now runs like a champ! And such a savings compared to buying a new washer. Will definitely be calling Magnum again, thank you!“
