While visiting just for a week, I was excited to find a Lagree studio and then so happy to be treated so so well—the staff here really care about your experience and are fabulous. The studio is really cool too. The app was really easy to use and I received a call back immediately to help me find a class and to pick the right class pack for the week. Go!

Super intense workout! I was a newbie, but had taken reformer pilates. This is Pilates on steroids, lol. Pam was so nice and patient in helping my friend and me with the verbiage and moves. :) I will definitely try this again sometime thanks to her encouragement.

I LOVE Studio Physique. I've been taking classes for a few months and while it never gets easier, I can tell I've gotten MUCH stronger. It's a welcoming environment no matter your fitness level and the instructors are great. 10/10 recommend!!
