“Great well run company! I had a Mitsubshi mini split that was only 1.5 years old and already having issues. I believe mainly to bad install. The most important thing is a good install on these units. These guys didn’t best install I have ever seen on a Daizuki unit. I had never heard on this brand, but it is excellent with all the technology. From start to finish great communication. Thank you my room is freezing now lol!“

“I live in a condo unit and wanted to have my a/c tuned up for the upcoming summer. I called Polar Bear A/C to see how that experience would turn out. I was tired of being taken advantage of by big name A/c companies and their technicians that are on commission w/company quotas.The Polar Bear process started w/seamless scheduling. It was very accommodating to my availability. I received a written stmt of all services to be rendered w/the cost sent to me prior to appt. The Polar Bear technician completed ALL included services, was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me anything nor things I didn’t need. Thomas, who works with Jay is a very hard worker and I’m sure if Jay hired him he comes with a great resume. Jay and Thomas just installed a new AC and an air handler for me and I had great service.
