“I originally had an issue with West End Plumbing after they installed my Rheem water heater. The unit turned out to be faulty, and although Rheem approved a warranty replacement, the process required going through the original reseller. At first, West End Plumbing would only help if they handled the replacement themselves and charged an additional $600 in labor, which I preferred to avoid since I’m capable of replacing the unit on my own.
