WHAT A RELIEF THAT I CALLED THIS COMPANY LAST NIGHT FOR HELP AFTER 5PM FOR A TOILET REPAIR. NOT YOUR STANDARD TOLIET EITHER. MANUAL WAS ATTENTIVE AND AMAZING HHE GOT THE PARTS NEEDED FIRST THING THIS MORNING & GOT IT UP AND RUNNING AGAIN. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
Lee was just here a little ago. He was great! Great customer service and he did an excellent job with two of our partially broken toilets. Also, the customer service on the phone was excellent. You can tell they took the time to hire the right staff to help with scheduling and customer service. While my original appointment had to be rescheduled due to a van issue, I am very happy with my experience. That and our puppy loved him and she was so inquisitive with what he was doing! Thanks guy- I’ll refer you guys and keep you saved for future needs!
Antonio did a stellar job installing my new toilet! He was actually about an hour early for our appointment, which I loved, and he called before he came to make sure it was okay to move up my appointment. He worked efficiently and I was super pleased with the results. He also disposed of the old toilet after he was finished, which I certainly appreciated.
