Follow up: Josh from Coastal reached out quickly to rectify the situation and the company did an excellent job with addressing both issues. While unfortunate that it had to escalate the company made it right.While I was originally happy with my service from this company. My recent interactions have been less than stellar. On this particular case they overcharge quite a bit for emergency service then have not followed up with an issue that was reported the next day and seems to have been caused during the emergency service. Further on a subsequent service call they rescheduled from the original 9-11 to 11-1. When I called at 12:50, I was told 3. Now at 3 I still no plumber.
I called the after hours emergency service line and I spoke with a pleasant young lady named Emilee. She was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Thank you Emilee and Team for assisting me in my time of need.
Coastal arrived within a couple hours of me calling with an emergency situation. Doug was very knowledgeable, skilled and professional. I am very thankful for his expertise and would highly recommend Coastal!
