Joan and Iggy were impressive. We had a complex job at the building, they were patient, worked with us to minimize affecting residents, crawled into spaces that no one dare to before. The work required so many water shutdowns, they understood the impact to the community and managed to make the work without complete shutdowns. We always call them when we have tough job to tackle.
