From beginning to almost the end Restoration Experts (the job is not finished yet) were the most helpful and accommodating. From settling my insurance claim to helping me order what I need to complete this job. Ray started and Bob Salomatoff has basically held my hand thru all the steps and has been most helpful. Every time I called to "bother" Bob he never got annoyed and answered me with a very calm demeanor. Bob has been on "top" of this job "all the way". I will certainly recommend Restoration Xperts.
We have Glenn here now putting the tile in and he has helped us to understand how the job will go and what to do about the grouting. He's very pleasant, neat and nice to work with.
