“I had an emergency sewer problem at my home. Called Broward Plumbing as a recommendation from a golf country club friend. i called and they asked questions and were at my house in 2 hours. Asked questions and they did a inspection of my house and property. They kept me informed of everything they needed to do and answered my questions. They found a serious sewage issue and also found a small leak of main water line that i had no clue. after discussion they proceeded with work. David there manager and owner was awesome on the phone every step of the way. NOW the plumbers found that a blunt trauma had to hit my sewer trap and also impact the water line into my house. Now thats my war with the HOA etc. But the crew at my house all day were awesome. they taught me everything about plumbing. i actually enjoyed there time. David (owner) actually showed up on site to offer any questions and understood what i was going through. That is a quality family owned company that i would recommend to any family. they added at no cost an informed house review and looked at my pipes going out and inside to ensure all was good before concluding. Job well done and i feel proud paying a family owned company that has integrity AND hires professionals to keep there clients in a sense of well being and gives the truth.“

“Follow up: Josh from Coastal reached out quickly to rectify the situation and the company did an excellent job with addressing both issues. While unfortunate that it had to escalate the company made it right.While I was originally happy with my service from this company. My recent interactions have been less than stellar. On this particular case they overcharge quite a bit for emergency service then have not followed up with an issue that was reported the next day and seems to have been caused during the emergency service. Further on a subsequent service call they rescheduled from the original 9-11 to 11-1. When I called at 12:50, I was told 3. Now at 3 I still no plumber.“

“After many bad plumbers who charged a fortune and never resolved the issue, these people found what was wrong and finally fixed it! They showed me everything, and explained in a way non plumbers can understand.I called after 4 on Monday about a toilet clog, expecting to see them Tuesday, and they were there in half an hour. They worked till 8 because the clog was difficult to clear. The camera showed badly connected pipe links which they fixed the next day. Water still not flowing well they dug and discovered some of the original cast iron pipe was still connected after I had been told it was all replaced. Also a tree root had grown into the pipe.It was a lot of trouble shooting but they did it working long hours in this horrible heat. Wish I had found them long ago and recommend them to everyone. Especially if you have a recurring issue that no one else seems to really fully fix.“
