Leftover debris from a past job lingered in my house, initially causing frustration. Thankfully, Jordan, a pleasant young man from the company, promptly addressed the situation, calming my concerns and emphasizing the occasional nature of such mistakes. West End Plumbing consistently meets expectations.

This is our third time using West End Plumbing through the years and they do not disappoint. Gary and Jordan were both polite, professional and explained everything they were working on as they went along. I can always be sure that the job will be done correctly and in a timely manner. Gary and Jordan are great guys and I would definitely call on them again for any future work/projects.

I needed a new hot water heater and saw their coupon in the Clipper magazine. They were prompt, professional and priced well. The technician Mike did a great job. I highly recommend West End Plumbing!
