While unfortunate that it had to escalate the company made it right.While I was originally happy with my service from this company. My recent interactions have been less than stellar. On this particular case they overcharge quite a bit for emergency service then have not followed up with an issue that was reported the next day and seems to have been caused during the emergency service. Further on a subsequent service call they rescheduled from the original 9-11 to 11-1. When I called at 12:50, I was told 3. Now at 3 I still no plumber.“
