“i started working with Jalen at Johnny & Sons Plumbers during a big home remodel, and he was great to work with from day one. he was friendly, easy to talk to, and always kept things moving when we needed updates or had to make plumbing decisions. If we missed each other on site, he stayed easy to reach by text or email and always followed through. Jalen handled a large part of the plumbing work for the renovation, including the new bathroom and kitchenette plumbing, replacing an old tub, rerouting gas lines, upgrading water lines, and coordinating utility changes for the new layout. when an unexpected code requirement came up and the main water service had to be upsized, he took care of it smoothly, including replacing older galvanized piping with a better updated line. That was a major plumbing job added into an already busy project, and he managed it very well. Throughout the whole remodel, he did an excellent job keeping me informed on each phase of the work, explaining any issues clearly and offering practical solutions. With an older house, custom renovation plans, and normal material delays, there were plenty of details to work through, but he stayed calm, organized, and professional the entire time. i also appreciated how flexible he was with my special requests, like lowering the new water service placement for future landscaping plans and rerouting the utility stack so the new media wall could stay clean and open without a bulky soffit. He played a huge role in turning this major renovation into a success, and i am very happy with the quality of the plumbing work, communication, and overall service.”
