With an older house, custom renovation plans, and normal material delays, there were plenty of details to work through, but he stayed calm, organized, and professional the entire time. i also appreciated how flexible he was with my special requests, like lowering the new water service placement for future landscaping plans and rerouting the utility stack so the new media wall could stay clean and open without a bulky soffit. He played a huge role in turning this major renovation into a success, and i am very happy with the quality of the plumbing work, communication, and overall service.“
