My toilet was experiencing a blockage, and the sink / shower water were also flowing into the water. Technician Donterius arrived and worked for about 4 hours. He first removed the toilet to clean the main drain and remove the blockage, then reset the toilet. Multiple test runs were then ran on the toilet, sink, and shower to ensure everything was draining and flowing with no issues.
Outstanding work done by Shawn and the entire team!! Thankfully, they were able to get me on the schedule right away and clear out a clogged pipe from toy that was flushed. The toy was completely underneath the house and they were able to push it through so they didn't have to destroy any of the inside getting to it. Super grateful for this company!! top-notch service all the way. Thanks GUYS!!
