“I tried Suncoast Pilates today and I really loved it. Allie was very welcoming and her instructions were easy to follow - thank you Allie! The place was very clean and esthetic and on top of that they use essential oils (non-toxic) products to clean the reformers and equipment. Thank you!”

“Love the vibe and something-for-everyone class offerings, especially with the updates from the new owners, Chris & April. As someone who returned to yoga after some years and injuries, the instructors for gentle classes, pilates, and heated stretch & align have been helpful in getting me to feel like my parts work together again. Edie welcomed me so warmly when I was new to Trinity Yoga over two years ago. She has especially helped me to be more centered physically and mentally, both on and off the mat.”
