I've been a full time member at 5 diff hotworx locations across the nation so far (we move a lot for work). This is my fave! And I've seen even more hotworx while traveling.
Maintenance always on point. The sanitizer wipes stocked, and the equipment well looked after. Their water station for filtered water is actually cold (some locations don't maintenance and the cooling feature stops working so you overheat faster).
The staff is kind and just the right amount of helpful without being intrusive.
I'll admit I usually only go in 3 rooms, but from I have seen: the condition of the sauna wood is excellent idk how they clean it but it's lacking the oil...read full review
Visiting from out of state, and I love the layout of the Clearwater location! Staff has been very friendly while I’ve been in town, too!
