Kaya is an amazing instructor!! I take private reformer lessons with her, I do her Pilates mat class, and I’ve also done her yoga classes. Her energy is so calm and welcoming. You will love her. This studio is quaint and peaceful. It has a lovely spiritual vibe. Plenty of parking and it’s in a nice quiet location that’s easy to access. I have insane anxiety and I feel so good after I see Kaya.
