The best yoga and fitness studio there is! I’ve practiced yoga in studios in FL, MI, MN, and CA. PURE is truly the best. The classes are challenging and will change your mind and body. Whether you’re new to yoga or an avid practicer you will be guided through with options for modifying and taking postures deeper. The atmosphere is so fun and welcoming. It feels like a family. Try it out, you won’t regret it.

Tatiana runs an amazingly cohesive and inclusive studio. It is welcoming, challenging, supportive and completely wellness minded. Classes are varied in yoga & fitness structure and comprehensive for all skill levels. Each instructor brings a unique and fun element to each practice. I’ve been coming to the studio for 12 years and still find it amazing. You are treated like family and the instructors are very personable. Thank you to all the instructors for sharing your Yoga wealth with each and every one of us, you are all truly wonderful human beings.
