“I've been a full time member at 5 diff hotworx locations across the nation so far (we move a lot for work). This is my fave! And I've seen even more hotworx while traveling.<br><br>Maintenance always on point. The sanitizer wipes stocked, and the equipment well looked after. Their water station for filtered water is actually cold (some locations don't maintenance and the cooling feature stops working so you overheat faster).<br><br>The staff is kind and just the right amount of helpful without being intrusive.<br><br>I'll admit I usually only go in 3 rooms, but from I have seen: the condition of the sauna wood is excellent idk how they clean it but it's lacking the oil stains the other locations have and makes me feel safer/cleaner. I love the cup holders inside the saunas (not all locations used to have this).<br><br>The patrons are average people like me and there's no airs. Everyone is so polite and respectful of space.<br><br>I didn't know I needed a gym like this until i found it, but it's perfect. I love how quiet and peaceful it is, this feels like a safe space. It's become part of my routine not just for physical health but also for nervous system regulation. I have never gotten that from a gym before, but this place sells more than just health. They give you peace of mind, and a grounded space to reconnect with yourself. Enjoy!<br><br>To the the staff: thank you for working so hard. I've seen how much effort you put into making this space special. And I especially love the low stimulus vibe with dim lights and no loud music. My anxiety has gone into remission thanks to your carefully curated salon experience and we appreciate you.”
