“I thought the Doctor was great! I didn’t like that the office did a vision exam and said they couldn’t charge my insurance because they can’t charge medical and vision benefits at the same appointment. However, they didn’t tell me this when they did the vision exam. I didn’t end up paying after I complained. But, you should tell patients that you won’t be able to charge my insurance. And now they won’t give me the vision exam results that they did. I have to make another appointment. Why did you do them in the first place? The Doctor was great, no complaints about her.“
“The staff is very nice and they are friendly. Dr.Fikret Kajoshaj ( Dr. Kay) was awesome. He explained everything to me. He is friendly. A very nice Doctor. I hope to see him again when I go back in a year for my eye exam.“
