An issue with my frame developed after 5 months of daily use. I also had a problem with the transition application. It was not as strong as needed for the Florida sun. Aleandro, the manager, was gracious, helpful and replaced my glasses, with a new frame and the proper transition application. That is true customer service. Thank you Aleandro!

Been going here for two years. And like every other good review I do, I do because of the people that work there. And good people is from great management. Today I followed up on my recent order and had the pleasure of meeting Alejandro who made sure everything was right. When I asked him his name he told me and said he was manager. Service is great, eyewear is eyewear but great people are hard to find. To all the team members that work at this optical outlet. Thank you so much for always having a good experience. And great job Alejandro!!

Great staff always polite and helpful. The physician corrects my vision every time begin to have visual problems, which others seem to have difficulty with. I will continue to come here for my visual needs as long as this doctor remains.
