Doctor and staff for eye exam very nice and answered all my questions. The staff on the eyeglass section very helpful in selecting my glasses. Very happy with my experience at LensCrafters!

I had a 10:15 appointment. Soon as I arrived, I was greeted, and then went to the front desk to check in. The ladies at the front desk we're super nice and very professional. After check-in, I waited for a few minutes and called to do my exam. It went very well. The technician was also very professional and patient. The doctor then came in and explained everything concerning me exam, as well as answering my questions. She also is very professional, as well as super nice. I decided to get a new prescription, and met Monos(I hope I spelled his name correctly).He was so helpful and cool. Made sure that what I wanted was specifically for me. There was very minimal wait time. The evaluation was most efficient and precise. I received my prescription and was assisted with choosing my frames by a very knowledgeable associate. Thank you all there, I enjoyed my visit very much.
