I had an amazing experience! Everyone was very friendly and was joking with me. The doctor was excellent and explained everything very well. And she didn’t get annoyed when i asked random curious questions. 10/10
Very quick and easy exam, the receptionist who first takes you back had a very dry and off putting style of customer service, borderline rude.The doctor, however, was friendly and inviting!
This was my first time coming to Target Optical. Dr Collins was wonderful, very kind, caring, spoke to me in laymen’s language to understand what each step was as well as going over all tests and very professional. The cost of the glasses was quite a shock to how expensive they were as I have never paid that much for glasses before. The ladies that did my eye tests and worked with me to find the perfect glasses for me were very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this store.
