I had a pair of Costa sunglasses that the screw fell out of. I went to numerous other sunglasses and eyeglass places however, LensCrafters were absolutely awesome and fixed it on the spot.
My first visit and eye exam went great. But there was a misunderstanding about insurance. I found out it was totally on me. I was given contacts to try and they were perfect. I just picked up my new glasses, perfect as well. The staff here are just wonderful. Thank you to all of you for a great experience.
