“I am beyond fortunate to have Dr. Coates as my Primary Eye Dr. She and her staff are absolutely amazing! Dr. Coates is kind, genuine and actually takes time and listens to you. Every question and concern I have had has been addressed. Dr. Coates doesn't treat you as "just a patient." She is extremely knowledgable and if something doesn't seem right she doesn't just let it go, she will look further into it until she is sure that any issue is corrected and that you are seeing the best that you can! Oh, she also has a great sense of humor! Cathy, Taylor and Kay are the absolute best team I have seen working together along with Dr. Coates. All of them are have very impressive backgrounds in the eye profession, are friendly and always smiling. They know you by name, return phone calls, and go above and beyond what I could have imagined.
