“Purchased 2 pair of glasses & after so many months one of my pair the arm fell off. Hinge broken I stopped by the lady said 200. For a new frame. I was a little upset the frame did not hold up decided not to get them fixed going to go elsewhere & purchase a new pair and left but 10 min away & I get a phone call from her to tell me the manager wanted to take care of me and replaced them no charge. That was so nice of them to go above & Beyond there call of duty. I was impressed & next year I will probably be a repeat customer . Thank you Mr. Manager for stepping above and beyond. Hats ? off to ya. So I went from getting ready to do a 1 star bad review & going to a competitor to a 5 star !!“

“Thursday, July 2nd, 2026, I came back to the Optical Outlet to order another pair of eyglasses. I had purchased a pair last November and was very happy with the experience. I was even more pleased to see that Giselle was working today. She had taken my previous order last November and everything went well!
The store is very large inside and everything is well laid out. The atmosphere is very relaxing and they will always let you take your time. There are hundreds of frames in displays to choose from and they have them in all price ranges.
Again, Giselle was very nice to work with and she got me squared away in no time. I'm sure my new specs will be exactly as I ordered and I'll probably get them in about 5 to 7-days like the last time.

“COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH AND TRUSTWORTHY!
I called Dunedin Eye Care for information and spoke with a nice southern lady who scheduled my appointment.
On 10/14, I was pleasantly surprised to meet her at the office for my initial exam.
She handled some of the diagnostic tests before I met Dr. Coates for the other screenings.
Afterwards, I managed to walk to my car in the bright sunshine to retrieve my shades, then went shopping at Winn Dixie.

Dr Rowan and his entire staff are excellent. I had cataracts in both eyes removed. One eye had some long term swelling. Dr Rowan provided reassurance all would be fine. He calmed my fears. Took his time explaining everything to me. From my first phone call inquiring if they accepted my insurance until my last visit… I could not have asked for a better doctor to operate on my eyes.

Dr Lawless… I had 2 visits with her and she extended the same level of care as Dr Rowan. Her explanations were calming, simple to understand and kind.“
