Global is by far the the best HVAC company I've ever worked with. The communication process before, during and after the job is second to none. The estimate was sent with a clear breakdown of all aspects of the job with 3 options to choose from. Once the option was chosen, they scheduled the install and completed the work the following day. I received a text to alert me that they were en-route to my house, that included a picture of the technician. I received another text to notify me that the job was complete.
