We’ve had good- great service in our 3 yr relationship with Von’s. Today was definitely a great experience. Jonathan was very polite professional and knowledgeable. He was well informed and well spoken. He actually seemed to care! Service was provided and maintenance performed. It’s so hot outside and he did his job without complaint. We needed a new part for both our ac units and re replaced them both. Really hoping that Von’s continues to send Jonathan. We have not had the same person twice since Kim left. Highly recommend!
My A/C broke on Christmas Day. I called expecting to leave a message and someone answered and the day after Christmas someone is out looking at my AC. After diagnosing what was wrong I decided to get a new unit inside and out, and I was given a great price for both units
It was installed professionally on time and it is working great. Everyone from the beginning was professional polite, and knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend them.
