“Excellent company you should hire without hesitation. Few companies these days pride themselves on customer service. This company was easy to work with from day 1. In meeting with the owner for the initial consult I felt no other company would do.To then meeting with the office staff to choose flooring, everything was easy.The company showed up on time, when they said they would be there and completed the work to standards they would choose in their own home. I felt heard and any concerns were instantly addressed. That is certainly a rare occurrence these days with most companies.The day of installation though the owners house was flooded the night before, he still showed up at my house to ensure things were going well for my job and I had everything I needed.All the workers were very considerate. Asked questions, heard my responses and followed through. They cleaned the area, including outside pavers as though it was their own home and project. They could not have been nicer or more respectful.“

“I remodeled a small bathroom and received four quotes between 9K and 12K. Woodworks was in the middle on price. I choose woodworks because they gave me a solid price and a solid schedule. Job was complete in 5 days which was a week better than any other competator. Management and staff were excellent. Contractors doing the work were highly skilled and the end result was outstanding. I will use Woodworks to remodel my master bath next year. I would highly recommend this company to any family or friends. Very satisfied.“

“Had a shower pan replaced and some tile needed replacement as a result. While there were some ups and downs, I feel the owner was set on delivering a quality product and I believe he did and it is beautiful. Will use again due to the quality of the final product which was ensured by the owner. The owner also coordinated the job with a plumber due to piping issues. The beauty of the job was 5 star. Owner also suggested a shower door contractor that was excellent as well. All good things take time...It was not cheap, but it doesn't look cheap. The bottom line was quality for me. The owner also has good taste, go with his suggestions.“

“After shopping around several places for vinyl flooring someone referred me to Hanover Floors. The day I visited the showroom I was greeted by Alyssa who let me look around at all the samples of flooring while answering my questions and directing me to what I was looking for. I knew I wanted vinyl but was not prepared for how reasonably priced it was at Hanover compared to other places I had shopped. I decided on a beautiful vinyl called Ocean Beach and am so happy to have found it. I wanted my living room and bedroom carpet to be removed and replaced with the vinyl I had chosen.That day when we did the paperwork they made an appt to come to my home and do the measurements -- which Alyssa did that very day!Within a week or so I had an appt for installation. On installation day three young men showed up and got right to work. They were clean, polite and seemed to be enjoying their job. I had to do nothing, they moved all the furniture as they worked in both rooms and then put it all back with care.They did the entire job in one day!When they were finished the young men made sure I was happy with what they had done, they answered my questions regarding care and cleaning and left me feeling confident and happy.If you're shopping for flooring make sure you check out Hanover. Their prices were considerably more reasonable than other places I had shopped.Service, quality, price, professionalism -- of course I give them 5 stars; of course I recommend them to everyone.
