We have been customers of Kirkus Aire since 2003 (20 years) Jeff and his full staff have been nothing but helpful, courteous, friendly & responsible. We have always had their maintenance plan , which we highly recommend. Thank you Klye for the late service call this past Friday night. Now we have to have our unit replaced. We are confident this will go smoothly, due to the professionalism that everyone has at Kirkus.

Polite, detailed and thorough - had them come and clean out dryer vent, which vents up towards roof rather than out. He had a camera as well that could check for built up clogs. Will definitely plan to call them again.
