Over and above. Manasota Cooling & Heating is an exceptional HVAC business. It's rare to find an owner operator with Alex's depth of experience and level of conscientiousness who genuinely cares about the customer experience. We contracted with Manasota for an AC/Air Handler/Heat Pump rip and replacement project and after removing all of the legacy equipment found numerous deficiencies with existing infrastructure that required prompt remedy before we could install the new equipment. This included removal, reconstruction and installation of the plenum and return ducting plus the Air Handler closet was moldy behind the legacy unit and required a full gut and reinstall...read full review
Our a/c unit broke down and things warmed up quickly in the house. We have used Manasota Heating and Cooling in the past and once again they did not disappoint. I had an ongoing issue with a duct in the spare bedroom. Had another company come out and they quoted me. My contractor recommended Alex from Manasota cooling and heating. Alex beat their quote and was here within days to fix the issue. His team was professional and respectful. If I had any concerns or questions Alex and Terry got back to me immediately and was on site to make sure everything was done correctly …….. right down to the clean up.
