Called Roman's on Labor Day morning because our Air Conditioning was not cooling. Their Technician came before noon. Diagnosed the problem quickly and started the repair process. I was very impressed with the service. Eventually I purchased a new AC system from Roman's. Installation went well. Team came right on time, did a great job and were very friendly.Update: Had Roman's do our Semi Annual service today. Technician was on time, friendly and did a great job as usual. My husband and I bought a condo this summer. The HVAC system was new and included a maintenance agreement that we were unaware of. Ivan was my installer today and was very professional. He answered all of my questions and was very polite. My a/c literally died the evening after I contracted with Roman's. Luckily my install was scheduled for 2 days later, which at 94° plus Temps was a blessing. I am very satisfied so far.
