Dave is the go-to guy for heating and cooling. He is honest, knowledgeable, on time, and hard working. He has helped multiple times with a Sarasota property. Unlike corporate types paid on commissions to upsell, Dave just does what is needed. He is prompt to emergencies, arriving within a few hours, and fixes the problem for a fair price with a 30 warranty. He is courteous, efficient, and fair. Dave responds very fast, is professional, organized, and answers all questions. He gets work done very fast for a fair price. He is extremely responsive and helpful, often arriving the same day. He diagnoses, changes parts, and checks the system at a really reasonable price. Highly recommended.
