We were having trouble with the phones and weren't able to meet Mr Duniesky in a timely manner, but he returned just as my attendant arrived. He was careful in taking his time and fixed a low voltage electrical problem with the heat pump that four other technicians and electricians that claimed experience with central ac units were not able to fix over the years. Nelson was very polite and knowledgeable but your services are excessively expensive, I paid 626.00 Dollars for a fan that cost around 50 or 60 plus labor. I had to do it as it was a must do situation.I will never call your service again with those prices, I felt robbed to say the least. The whole service lasted 45 min.
