“Brian and Juan came out to my dad’s home, and assessed and properly diagnosed an ongoing issue with his toilet. Turns out there was a GIANT ROOT in the pipe that has been the source of clogging for way too long. Fortunately it was a relatively easy fix and it was clearly NOT their first rodeo. Both Brian and Juan were courteous, professional, on time, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Thank you so much Ganz plumbing (also Rose!) for all of your help!!! “The character and professionalism of a company are seen without a service call. I just (Saturday Night 11/19) had the pleasure of speaking with Carmen, the office manager and dispatcher. I had a question about my touchless faucet and why it wasn't working. Rather than the typical "we need to send a service person" response, she quickly took me through what ended up being a change of batteries. Her concern was to get our faucet working immediately. Though we did not benefit from Sunshine's in-home service - we received something much more valuable - the opportunity to speak with someone with the utmost class and decency. I will recommend Sunshine to anyone who needs plumbing service. Because I can tell you this - Carmen "became the company" when she picked up the phone. She is the epitome of customer service excellence, and I assume their service directly reflects hers!“
