“Walter came to my home the same day I called for the estimate. He thoroughly checked my house, my existing system and made his recommendations. I had seen 4 companies before him. He was the only one to tell me there was also a duct problem and that he could fix it, because the new unit would not run efficiently if that was not fixed. The others only said they weren’t responsible for any duct issues. His estimate was very detailed and reasonable and he provided the best solution at an affordable price. Once I approved the estimate he installed the unit and changed part of the ducts within a week. I was very impressed. Diego, who came to install the unit is very nice and knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the whole experience, something that is unusual with service companies here in Miami.“
