Ricki came to my moms house for a kitchen installation, she is hard of hearing and I was the one communicating with him. He was friendly, fast and professional. He left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Great service and confidence and that kept me at ease. Everything works great and I was extremely impressed with his timing. Arrived on time and finished the job quick too.

Jenco Plumbing Services' crew were top notch. We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday. Clogged pipes that were causing our washing machine to overflow. I called and they arrived later that day. He diagnosed the problem but felt like it was bigger than just snaking the pipes. That would be a band-aid, but we'd still have the issue. We'd heard the same thing from other plumbers over the years as this problem recurred. But we never addressed it. Said he'd talk to his crew and come back to fix our pipes as soon as they were available. He didn't charge us for the Saturday visit and called the next day, Sunday, to say they'd be there that day to fix the problem. His price was...read full review
