Broward Plumbing Inc. - Plumber Fort Lauderdale
“Hey!! Property managers and business owners, these are some of the best emergency plumbers in Broward! Great people to work with, awesome attitude, and they do quality work.
It was Saturday night and a main water line sprung a leak at a 16-unit residential building. Of course, it happens on a weekend when no maintenance staff are around. I desperately started searching online for a real 24-hour plumber. I called several companies. Some went straight to voicemail, some had AI bots, and others had call centers that couldn’t even give me a solid time frame. Finally, I found Broward Plumber Inc.
The guy who took my call was friendly and very generous with his time explaining my options and what to expect. I really appreciated that because I was pretty frantic at that point, knowing I might have to shut the water off to 16 apartments.
There was an extra fee for service that night, which is understandable, so I decided to wait until the next morning.
That’s when my hero plumbers showed up, Jordan and David.
They got right to work as soon as I approved the estimate through their easy-to-use online portal. For emergency plumbing work, I thought the price was very fair.
I’m no plumber, but as a property manager I know a few things, and I could tell they went above and beyond to protect the 30-year-old pipes while still doing a thorough repair. You can tell these guys are proud of their trade and care about doing the job right.
Another thing I really appreciated was their attitude. My last two plumbers were competent, but honestly pretty grumpy and not very pleasant to work with. Jordan and David were competent, gregarious, talented, and just easy to deal with.
If you have an HOA Board or property owner who isn’t very knowledgeable about plumbing, these are the kind of guys you want. They’re not condescending like some tradespeople can be. They explain things calmly, they’re friendly, and they were even funny at times, which helps a lot when everyone is stressed out.
I highly recommend Broward Plumber Inc., and especially Jordan and David. They really bailed me out of a tough situation today, a big thank you!”
