The infrared heat combined with the ability to control both the temperature and the lighting really lets you create the exact vibe you need. That level of comfort makes a huge difference. I’ve never enjoyed traditional gyms. They’re usually packed, ego heavy, and uncomfortable, in my opinion. Hotworx is the complete opposite. It’s private, calm, and incredibly personal to your needs. You can control so much of your experience, and there are plenty of modifications and substitutions offered when you need them.

The variety is another huge plus. You can do yoga, pilates, stretching, barre, upper and lower body workouts, core, band work, and HIIT sessions on ellipticals, all inside a personal infrared sauna. The membership is also very affordable and competitively priced compared to similar boutique studios.

It’s a 24-hour studio, which I love, and the app makes booking easy. You can see who’s already signed up, so if you prefer to work out alone, you can plan accordingly.

The only improvement I’d suggest is adding a video screen lower in the sauna in addition to the one at the top. During mat workouts, it can strain your neck having to look upward that often.

Overall, Hotworx has completely changed how I feel about working out. It’s comfortable, flexible, and genuinely supportive of both physical and mental well-being.“
