Anyone who gave less than 5 stars must have their reasons, but overall, the group is solid. The instructors are caring, knowledgeable, and always offer modifications. I'm happy to be a member and have recommended it to all my friends and family.“

I leave every class feeling physically challenged—whether I’m mastering a new movement or deepening my work with familiar ones—and emotionally uplifted by the genuine connections I’ve made. The changes in how my body feels and functions have been remarkable. This studio is an absolute gem.“

504 N Alafaya Trail Suite 108, Orlando“I have been coming here for a few years now and have really enjoyed it. There are lots of options for classes, not just what you would think of typical Pilates. You can get an intense workout and leave drenched in sweat or you can go to a class that focuses on stretching. There are options for every fitness level. While the waitlists are long, they move quickly. In the last two years, when utilizing the waitlist (which I do often) there have only been a handful of classes that I did not get into. Your chances of getting into a class by just showing up are pretty high. While I haven't done this very often, I have gotten into every class I have ever just showed up to and can testify that there is almost always an empty spot in every class.“

Breaking Barre gives me something to look forward to after a long day of work. I always feel better once I leave class.
The workouts are making me stronger and continue to be challenging years after coming here. The studio has many weight options and the instructors always offer accommodations to make the workouts more accessible as well as more difficult so each person can make decisions for their body.“
