This is an awesome place. I was taking the GLP one for Weight Loss and couldn’t eat and felt sick and I went there and they gave me an IV infusion of vitamins and things I needed and within hours so I was feeling better.

I have been to a lot of hair salons. But never one like this she us truly blessed at what she does. The hair care products are the best I put the Bing Bing oil on my dry itchy scale due to dandruff and it worked extremely well 2 minutes late no more itching and that was hours ago. My daughter loved her hair and the conversations with her. And the fact that she asked her what she wanted and was she ok with each braid. Truly amazing. We both now have a new hair stylist. I brought my baby with me to my appointment, spilled a frozen coffee all over her bassinet and her outfit and they all helped me take apart the bassinet, hold my daughter and WASHED & DRIED MY STUFF FOR ME! I’m new to lake city. I posted in one of the local groups looking for a non-chained barbershop, and somebody commented one of the barbers named Tra. Come to find out he actually reached out and messaged me direct and the rest was history I met up with him the next day at the barbershop and he took real good care of me. Definitely got a new customer, I’ll be back. great atmosphere inside the barbershop really wholesome and family friendly.

The new location at 467 SE Hwy 100 is great! Much closer than the old location on the other side of town. Great haircuts every time I go in, very reasonably priced. Really like how you can come in the lobby door, go to the room where you get a haircut, then exit from there. No need to go back out through the lobby and bottleneck with the next person going in.

So, my nail journey has been quite the adventure! ? In January 2025, I embarked on a bi-weekly mani-pedi mission. ✨ But things got a little… *interesting*. ? Every week, I was losing 2 or more nails before even getting a fill and color change! ? I initially blamed myself, ?♀️ sticking with the same salon for months. Each replacement nail cost me $10 (plus a tip, of course! ?). After FIVE months of this nail drama, ? I knew something was up. It wasn't me! ?
I went on a quest for a new nail tech, asking everyone for recommendations. ? Jill Williams sent me a PM about Dan, and OMG, I'm SO glad she did! ? I booked an appointment, and Dan has been my nail guru ever since – even with walk-ins! ?
Only TWICE have I broken a nail since then, and both times were totally my fault! ? I confessed to Dan (even though he probably knew already – his work is THAT amazing! ?). He fixed them BOTH TIMES and REFUSED to charge me! ? Who does that?! Especially when the customer admits they messed up?!

I have been to Lee nails in the mall a couple of times and the employees are pretty nice with fair prices. However my recent visit as with the last there weren’t any customers inside and it was 30 minutes until closing. I wanted my nails painted to look like French nails….my real nails not acrylics. So it only takes usually 15 minutes or less to them. The employee that decided to do my nails did not want to paint them like I wanted and I felt like I was pressured into getting them “painted” a solid color which I do not do my nails that way. To each his or her own. The woman that painted them did a terrible job that I could have done at home and they would look better. I got them in white and she chose just flat matte white. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. They also acted like they didn’t want to wait on me even though as I said there were no other customers in the salon. They also were speaking to each other as they all do in their language and about me. That was made obvious. It was just not a good experience for me at all. The last times I went in I didn’t have that problem and the man was nice and courteous and didn’t mind doing what “I”the customer wanted. I mean since I’m paying for them and it’s my nails that I have to look at I should be able to get what I want. Had it of been a different attendant with more knowledge and better service I would have given them more stars from my previous experience. But I will not make the mistake of returning to pay for something I don’t want again. *I will update my review to add that all my other visits here were great and they have always done a great job, just this one visit wasn’t that great of an experience in getting what I wanted.
I moved back to Florida early this year and have spent every month since trying to find my new hair stylist, nail tech, lash artist, etc... If you've ever relocated then you know how hard it can be to find new professionals when you've been going to the same ones for 5+ years. I don't even live in Lake City, but I was SO impressed with Allison (waxing) and Brooke (lashes) that I am now a regular client. They both are great to talk to, play great music, are so welcoming, and most importantly, they are both experts at what they do. My waxing was painless (and boy had my hair grown out over the months lol). My lashes fit me so well and are so freaking classy and natural looking that when I was getting my hair done two weeks later the stylist asked if my lashes were mine. She had never gotten her lashes done before because she keeps seeing those thick, dark lashes but she said mine inspired her to give it a try because they look so natural. Brooke talked with me about my hopes and fears and she did what she thought worked best for me. I love trusting professionals to do their thing!!! I'm so happy I don't have to search around anymore! woo hoo

This was third place I tried since moving to this area. I love the setting for this shop, and Sandra spent time and care matching my color and added highlights in just right amounts . Mt haircut was also really well done.
Keri provided an exceptional spray tan experience. She was personable, maintained a private and comfortable environment, and created a positive atmosphere throughout the session. The results were flawless—no orange tones, harsh lines, or issues with my palms. The tanning solution left my skin feeling smooth and hydrated, not dry, and I particularly appreciated the subtle Caribbean scent, which was far more pleasant than the typical spray tan odor. This is easily the best spray tan I’ve ever had, and to my surprise, it has held up beautifully even after multiple days in the hot tub. The value for the service is unbeatable, and I’ll certainly be returning to Keri in the future. Thank you!
If I could give 100 stars I would! I’m about 2 hours after my appointment and have no irritation at all and can barely tell they are there. My biggest fear was my eyes being irritated and wanting to rub them but that hasn’t been a problem at all! I am obsessed with them? 100% recommend!

Serana is very knowledgeable about skin care, the products she uses, and skin care routines she sales. She offers a variety of menu options for skin care services. I used one other esthetician before Serana for dermaplanning and although my skin was smooth her technique was not relaxing. Serana's dermaplanning technique is gentle and soothing. My other favorite facial is the hydrofacial. If you are not sure of what type of facial you need Serana will consult with you and to tell you what would best benefit you the day of your appointment. I have bought skin care products from her for the last two years and my skin is in the best condition it has ever been. I can not recommend Serana enough! Not only is she a fantastic esthetician, she is a wonderful and caring person.

I have a complicated whole house water filter system & have for years been looking for someone to work on it. Chris from Dependable Plumbing came & had built a similar system. He re-worked my 26 year old system replacing a lot of pipe & 2 filter casings. He got new parts that allow for easier filter replacement which I can do. Chris is a hard worker & he takes pride in his work. He came on time & followed thru with the new parts & did what he was supposed to do. He is an excellent plumber. The folks in the office are kind & efficient & knowledgeable. The cost was very reasonable. I have known the Creator God of the universe thru His Son, Jesus Christ for over 50 years. From the moment I contacted this office to schedule what I felt to be an emergency - they went above and beyond to get me in within 48 hours. They had never cared for me but treated me as if I was one of their patients which I am happy to say I will now be one. The office staff was very friendly. The dental tech Amber was wonderful - very caring , made sure she explained everything as it was going on - made me feel at ease and I am very much phobic of dental offices. Now for the best part - Dr McNair - wow - made me feel at ease - very knowledgeable and this office will now be our dental place for myself and my husband. We met with Ashley for insurance and payments - she is very knowledgeable at making sure to get the most out of your dental insurance- as we all know - dental insurance does not pay for much. Took my 2 month old baby yesterday with concerns related to his neck as well as digestive issues. He slept very well last night in comparison to most nights prior. Dana is the best, God sent! I’ve been living with pain for as long as I can remember. It took me getting to the point of being nearly immobile before making my self see a chiropractor. Then another 2 years before booking with a massage therapist, suggested by Doc. Only 3-4 sessions with Dana and I feel the best I’ve felt in 20 years! She’s beyond experienced and shares her knowledge to also help you help yourself in between sessions. She listens, focuses on relieving your problem areas and gives the most helpful advise I’ve had ever. She literally gets to the root of the tension. After seeing her my body allows the adjustment to happen.
Dr. Harrison is awesome. I love that he doesn’t snatch, pull or force anything that won’t adjust with a little help (the thought of that always freaked me out). There’s only so much you can do with someone that cannot physically relax on their own, like me. Since Dana, I know he’s got to be as relieved as me to finally get some progress from what seemed almost hopeless.

This animal hospital is efficient and friendly. I had an unscheduled, emergency with my cat, and I was dreading spending hours in the waiting room, waiting for a space between those that had appointments. I was out in 90 minutes. This is amazing. Everyone is friendly and understanding which is amazing these days.
I really want to take a moment to brag about Compassion Veterinary Hospital (formerly Addison Animal Hospital).
My sweet baby, Cinder had a growth pop up on her eye a few months ago. As a precaution, I wanted to get it look at as she has a history of cancer. The first place I went to was Suwannee Oaks, Cinders former vet. I was quoted about $780 to have the spot removed. For me personally, that’s a steep amount to just come up with on the spot, so I decided to look around. I called Compassion and scheduled an office visit.
Talk about a great first impression. I’m a busy gal with a full-time job and responsibilities. Taking off work for a vet visit isn’t easy for me. Compassion not only saw Cinder as a patient, but kept her for the day so I didn’t have to take off work, at no extra charge! But what really sold me is when I came to pick her up. The woman at the front desk gushed over my baby and even showed me a cute video she took of Cinder, burying herself under a blanket they gave her. When I asked about the surgery, they told me they could do it and for a far more reasonable price. I immediately scheduled the surgery.
When I returned to Compassions for Cinders surgery, the first thing I noticed is how thorough everyone is. The front desk greeted me and confirmed my phone number so they could text me with updates on Cinders surgery (which I LOVED). The vet tech who brought Cinder back asked me for a full history and if she had any previous illnesses. I told her I suspected she may have a UTI due to recent symptoms I noticed. From there, I left my baby with them and waited to hear back.
It wasn’t long after drop off that I received a text from them letting me know that everything went well. I was told to come back around 4pm to pick her up. Now here comes the good part. It was only $480. For $480, they not only removed her growth, but that included pain meds, a cone, a nail trim, and antibiotics for the UTI that I had suspected. I saved $300 and anything I thought needed to be cared for my baby was addressed. I felt comfortable leaving her with them and relieved with the updates they sent me.
Overall, I will be transferring my dogs medical records to Compassion and recommend them to anyone who needs a vet. Thank you Compassion Veterinary Hospital Team!

THE PET SPOT.I pulled into parking lot and could not believe how bad this tire got destroyed.I realized I had no jack or tools to change it out.
I went into THE PET SPOT to first ask if I could park there while I tried to get someone ( AAA) to come change the tire. The owner and two young lady's were getting ready to go home for the day.To make a long story short,the owner took out his hydraulic jack from his cargo trailer and some tools he had to remove the tire (s). One of the young lady's called her dad to come help and within minutes he was there with an impact gun and socket, him (dad ) and the owner of THE PET SPOT changed the bad tire with the spare and refused to take any money offered and sent us on our way.
I can not thank them all enough for the kindness they showed us. Without them I don't know what I would of done. ( AAA said I have a membership but it does not cover the trailer I was towing. I will be canceling my membership on Tuesday.)
I didn't get any names but if you see this review, please know that we appreciate all you did for us, you were truly God sent.

Abby is absolutely amazing. I have been to several different massage therapists over the years and I have to say Abby is definitely at the top. Abby really listens to you and somehow really manages to fix your problems. I was in a lot of pain even ended up in the emergency room. I went to Abby and in one session my pain was gone. A few months later the same pain returned. I went back to Abby and one session it was gone again. It’s absolutely amazing how good she is at really fixing your issues by finding the source.
Words can’t express how much Polly has helped me with her outstanding yoga class. She makes it so much fun, interesting as well and more than just a straight laced class. I look forward to each class snd I’m sure you would too.

My man Marcus is well knowledgeable and a expert in his field. Beside working down south Jackson Memoral main hospital head of physical therapy, so we talk like we've known each other for years. Can't forget about his assistant they as wel are kind well informed and passionate about what they do as well.
This was my first ever physical therapy experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone I worked with is insightful and knowledgeable. The exercises they had me doing worked to solve my pain. I worked with Hunter, Gannon, and Andrea mostly, but everyone in the entire office is very friendly and make you feel welcome.
