“I had an issue, where there was some spots on my work pants, I believed may have been a solution that the cleaners used. I spoke with a very polite, young lady named Alena, who graciously offered to attempt to get the stains out. I came back a few days later and the pants were ready, but the spots were still on them. Alena offered to contact the manager, to see what she would suggest. I could hear the manager on the phone being rude, and saying stuff like “What does he want us to do about it?!” Alena also offered to send her a picture of the stains, to wish she replied again, well, I’m not there, and I can’t see any of it so like I said, what does he want us to do about it?! I attempted to speak with the manager and let her know how displeased I was however, she started to get a little loud and attempted to talk over me, but I stopped her in her tracks and told her that if I decide to come back, I will, however, in the meantime, I was going to take my business somewhere else! Alena still being the true professional that she had been the entire time, later called me and personally apologized for what had occurred during that time. she also offered to give me a credit, if I brought my business back to them and because of her, I definitely plan to return! I really appreciate Alena and all her attempts to make things right and help me as much as she could, which is more than I can say for the manager of this place! To Alena, continue to be the professional that you are, and who knows maybe someday you’ll be a manager too, if you desire!“

“they completely messed up my dress that I needed for my son wedding it was one color whenever I brought it in and too colored whenever I went to pick it up but they telling about my dress and they said it's not no way I can reach the complain departments a new dress is gone if you ever been in a wedding it hard to find the right dress these are the shoes one color just as the dress was!!“
