Great massage. Serena has a great ‘table-side’ manner, applies even and consistent pressure, and really makes an effort to get in there and release tense spots. The walls are a bit thin and allow some sounds to come in, but not enough to annoy. I hear they are expanding and moving to a new building soon, excited to see it.

After 2 months of constant pain from a pinched nerve in my neck, Cat took 2hrs and her knowledgeable hands, found the nerve and released all the knots it had created and I walked out sore but mobile. Now I can go to physical therapy and do what they ask to strengthen and regain mobility... THANK YOU!!! CAT

We are a woman owned small business in Lake City, Fl. who believe that massage therapy should not be treated as a luxury that only the chosen few can afford. We envisioned a massage therapy business that offers it all; medical billing, relaxation, medical massage, sport, range of motion, hot stone and passive stretching. With all of that in mind, Elemental Massage LLC was born. We offer customized massage therapy sessions to fit the client's needs rather than a 'one massage fits all' mentality. We worked hard to become a Provider for Community Care to offer massage therapy to our veterans and active duty military. We truly believe that massage therapy can bridge the gap that is missing in overall health and wellness.
