“From the moment I contacted this office to schedule what I felt to be an emergency - they went above and beyond to get me in within 48 hours. They had never cared for me but treated me as if I was one of their patients which I am happy to say I will now be one. The office staff was very friendly. The dental tech Amber was wonderful - very caring , made sure she explained everything as it was going on - made me feel at ease and I am very much phobic of dental offices. Now for the best part - Dr McNair - wow - made me feel at ease - very knowledgeable and this office will now be our dental place for myself and my husband. We met with Ashley for insurance and payments - she is very knowledgeable at making sure to get the most out of your dental insurance- as we all know - dental insurance does not pay for much. If I left anyone out forgive me.
ONE recommendation- the piped in music should be different for each room dependent on the patient. I am a senior citizen and rap music was playing overly loud in the room. But everything else is PERFECT!!!!“
