Kelley is an incredible groomer and small business owner! Our Chief hated getting baths or nail trims before we brought him to PoshPaws! Now, he gets so excited when we tell him “it’s time to go to the spa and see Ms Kelley”.They always take their time with him, have alerted myself or my husband if they have noticed any skin issues or ear problems. We are so thankful for the care and compassion that they provide.I am also so happy with how clean the shop always is! Kelley takes cleanliness seriously and uses diluted bleach to limit any risk of Parvo, which can be fatal to dogs. I am so very happy with my baby's cut and overall experience. We are new clients and had a great experience from check in to pick up. Everyone was so polite, positive, and knowledgeable. They asked me thorough questions about my pup and her upcoming experiece to make sure she was handled best for her and those working with her. I was not certain what kind of cut I really wanted. They were able to walk me through every step to determine what I really wanted. From the shape around her face to the wisps on the tips of her ears, to the cut on her legs and paws.
