Had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. Called these folks Monday got appointment for next day. The tech was punctual and polite. Due to the horible weather conditions it was not safe to get on a metal roof to clear. So we tried from the kitchen sink. He took great care in protecting my cabinet and floor from getting messy. It seemed to have cleared but by end of day it was clogged again. I called Wednesday and they had someone right back out Friday at my convience.
Again the tech was prompt and courteous and the weather was good for roof access. He had the drain cleared in no time. The original bill was what I expected and the return visit was no charge. I will recommend...read full review
