I went to Aspire Dental in hopes of getting a mini implant for my front tooth which broke off at the gum line. I was told by another place that I would have to have a bone graft before I could have a regular implant placed which would require about 6 months. Nobody wants to wait that long especially when you have a temporary tooth not attached to anything except the gum. Basically, it was for looks only. I was told I couldn’t even brush that tooth or it would fall out.
