“I would give them 10 stars if I could! It’s rare to find a medical facility that treats their patients like humans and not just another number. As I was waiting for my turn in the waiting room, one of the front office staff was engaged in a conversation with another patient. They did not “cut them off” but was truly listening to their concerns. Then, when I was being led to one of the exam rooms, Mr. Davie was walking out with a patient having a conversation and he looked up and said “Hi” as I walked by. (When was the last time you were acknowledged by a provider who was not your provider?!) Ms. Roxie was a breath of fresh air. Very personable, asked all the right questions and provided me with honest “no nonsense” advice. And when I was checking out, one of the front end staff said they had charged me incorrectly and had processed the refund already.”
