Excellent company to deal with. They have a great product. I had the Viva palm Thatch installed which is a great option versus natural thatch. This artificial thatch offers several important improvements over natural thatch, one of which is no shedding all over the place, also no trouble with nesting birds, Obviously less likely to be a fire hazard and no need to re-thatch every six years or so, Much easier to make repairs if needed. If you’re having someone install it, get a hold of Greg at Stonewood company which Endureed recommends. They are the only ones that I would call to have this work done.
