Imtiaz was awesome. We used his services as a young couple going through the first time home buying process and he was nothing but patient. Very thorough, took his time and asked the right questions, conducted the proper tests to ensure we were set up for success and not buying ourselves into a broken AC. We had bad experience with our current company then we did some research and found Arctic we called them this morning they were here in an hour, the technician arrived on time he then did an diagnostic and found the water safety switch was triggered for the system only thing it need was a cleaning while the previous company that came out told us we need a whole new unit!! Thank god we did our due diligence and got an 2nd opinion, Omi did a thorough cleaning of the unit and the we were up and running in 30-40mins he showed us that our unit and completely operational and that we dont need a new unit, Arctic is our forever company now for me and my family for any AC needs!!
