A gentleman named Rickie was the lead person for the installation and he was everything you could ask for in a professional. Rickie was communicative, knowledgeable and careful. Susan was the person that worked with me on the front end, and she is a very nice person with a lot of answers to the questions I had about their product. The windows are a nice product. I'm writing this review because I really appreciated Rickie and the time he took to make sure everything was done properly, which includes keeping us in the loop on all the details, in addition to being able to the hard work itself. The job was done timely and it looks great.
