I would just like to start by saying thank you for doing the job professionally and quickly. I needed about 5 total windows replaced because the seals broke and caused fogging/etching on the pains. He came out within a few days, took about 5 minutes to measure, and that was it. He got the windows ordered up and installed within a few weeks. I was shocked how quick and how well done it was done. For me, I’m rarely completely happy when I have contractors work on my house but I can honestly say I’m happy with the work done here.
I am extremely grateful that I found Marshall! I am looking at selling my house and wanted to replace any fogged glass in preparation for that. Initial interaction with Marshall, I could tell he knows his stuff. He took the time to look at all my windows and doors instead of me just telling him which ones I thought needed to be done and explained why they fogged.
He ended up replacing 10 total panes of window glass and 2 sliding door panel glass, along with a sliding door roller. Price was extremely competitive. The serviceman was on time, he let me know when he was on the way, he was friendly and knowledgeable about windows, and made the repair without an issue.
